For each metabolic test, you will get a basic free report there are different detailed reports that you can choose from based on your goal. Each report contains specific information depending on your goal, analysing your metabolism. You can select as many reports as you wish on top of the report that comes with your chosen package. AMR Weight Loss Report

Nutrition Plan

Customised diet plan adjusted to the assessment results. This is an online form that helps to gather basic information about an individual, their likes, dislikes, food allergies etc. For this service, a resting metabolic assessment is required.
Team Assessment Reporting

We are able to provide group and team analysis including detailed graphical results for advanced performance analysis and overview. Additional measures include muscle oxygen saturation (SmO2) and advanced measures for oxygen uptake (VO2), and carbon dioxide produced. Contact for more details
